The new office headquarters for a local confidential client is a 2-story 100,000sf building that seeks to provide daylight and views to as many occupants as possible by puncturing the plan with two courtyards and a central atrium. Conceptual studies included 3 and 4 story options and various exterior material studies. My role on this project includes planning, conceptual building massing and fit-out studies, site plan design, and interior public space conceptual design.
